护理临床思维训练平台的构建

Abstract:

Objective To design and develop a nursing clinical thinking training platform and provide a new way for cultivation of clinical thinking in the context of “Internet +”.Methods Web technology of HTML5,CSS3 and JS,operating system of Windows Server 2008 R2,and B/S Network structure were applied to develop the platform. Twelve teachers and 10 graduate students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire to evaluate the platform.Results The nursing clinical thinking training platform consisted of three parts,including Theoretical Knowledge,Case Analysis,and Examination & Evaluation. Nursing theoretical knowledge and corresponding test questions for 20 symptoms were included. There were 1856 cases from inpatient medical records,and 20 were completed for critique. More than 85% of teachers and students were satisfied with the platform.Conclusion The platform is close to clinical practice with the merits of simplicity and practicality,and plays an important role in cultivation of clinical thinking for students.

摘要:

【目的】设计开发护理临床思维训练平台,为“互联网+”时代背景下学生护理临床思维的培养提供途径。【方法】运用HTML5+CSS3+JS网页技术,Windows Server 2008 R2操作系统,采用B/S结构设计开发以临床常见症状为线索的护理临床思维训练平台。由12名教师和10名护理专业学位研究生试用平台,并采用自制的平台满意度调查问卷进行评价。【结果】护理临床思维训练平台由症状护理理论知识模块、临床病例分析模块、考核评价模块3个部分组成,包含20个症状护理理论知识及相应的测试题,目前共导入1 856份住院病历,完成点评20份;85%以上师生对平台的学习内容、界面设计和技术服务感到满意。【结论】护理临床思维训练平台紧贴临床,具有较好的易用性和实用性,对学生护理临床思维的培养具有重要作用。
