Objective To explore the time-varying characteristics and correlation degree of autonomous rehabilitation behavior and related symptoms of middle-aged stroke patients，and to provide a basis for clinical transitional nursing and precise rehabilitation. Methods Ecological momentary assessment was used to select 57 middle-aged stroke patients who underwent rehabilitation treatment in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Wuhan from March 15 to August 30，2024，using convenience sampling method. Their autonomous rehabilitation behavior and related symptoms（fatigue，pain，emotion，sensation） were continuously monitored for 2 weeks. A hierarchical linear model was used to analyze the correlation between behavior and symptoms. Results The autonomous rehabilitation behavior of middle-aged stroke patients showed a fluctuating increasing trend， and the symptom score showed a slow decreasing trend. The hierarchical linear model showed that compared with female patients，male patients have longer duration of autonomous rehabilitation behavior（P<0.05）. The number and duration of autonomous rehabilitation behaviors in patients without fatigue were higher（P<0.05）. The number of autonomous rehabilitation behaviors in patients without pain was higher than that in patients with pain（P<0.05）. The number of autonomous rehabilitation behavior items among patients who perceived more pleasure in rehabilitation was higher than that among patients with greater difficulty in rehabilitation challenges（P<0.05）. Patients with high rehabilitation confidence have higher numbers and duration of autonomous rehabilitation behaviors compared to patients with low rehabilitation confidence（P<0.05）. Conclusion There are significant individual differences and dynamic changes in the autonomous rehabilitation behavior and related symptoms of middle-aged stroke patients. Nursing staff should accurately implement personalized rehabilitation services during the transition period，enhance patients’ autonomy and self-management ability in home-based rehabilitation，in order to improve the overall rehabilitation effect.

Objective To explore the relationship between disease risk perception and objective risk in stroke risk population，and to provide theoretical basis for prevention and control of stroke. Methods From February to May 2023，560 residents who participated in medical examinations in 2 community health service centers of Zhengzhou and Luohe were selected as respondents. The objective risk of stroke was assessed，and the general data questionnaire and Risk Perception Questionnaire for People at High Risk of Stroke were used for investigation. Logistic regression model and restricted cubic spline model were used to analyze the correlation and the dose-response relationship between disease risk perception and objective stroke risk. Results A total of 542 effective questionnaires were collected. The detection rate of stroke high-risk groups was 48.71%. Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting confounding factors，the objective risk of stroke in the general population and in different gender stratification decreased first and then increased with the increase of the level of disease risk perception. The results of the restricted cubic spline showed that the disease risk perception and objective risk of stroke in the total population and gender stratification showed a nonlinear dose-response relationship（P nonlinear<0.05），and the curve showed a “U” type change. The disease risk perception score of 90.0~110.0 was the protective factor of objective risk of stroke. Conclusion The objective risk of stroke decreases first and then increases with the increase of the perceived risk. Medical staff should maintain individual disease risk perception within the appropriate level，and pay attention to the difference in disease risk perception of different gender groups to implement targeted risk communication strategies，so as to promote the development of healthy behaviors and reduce the incidence of stroke.

Objective To explore potential categories of post-stroke depression in acute-phase stroke patients and its correlation with the degree of neurological deficits，and to provide references for healthcare professionals in developing targeted interventions. Methods Using convenience sampling，patients with acute stroke who were hospitalized in neurological ward of 2 tertiary general hospitals in Henan Province from January to April 2024 were selected as the survey participants. The investigation was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire，the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale，and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9. The correlation between potential categories of post-stroke depression and the degree of neurological deficit was analysed using unordered multiclassified logistic regression. Results Post-stroke depression score was 10.22±3.61 in 193 acute-phase stroke patients，and post-stroke depression could be categorized into 3 potential categories，namely“low depressive symptoms”（44.6%），“melancholic depression”（15.0%），and “atypical depression”（40.4%）. There was a significant difference in the degree of neurological deficits（H=38.074，P<0.001）.Compared with severe neurological deficits，patients with mild deficits were more likely to be categorized as “melancholic depression”（OR=0.016，P=0.001） and “atypical depression”（OR=0.040，P<0.001），and patients with moderate deficits were more likely to be classified as “atypical depression”（OR=0.085，P=0.001）. Conclusion Post-stroke depression in acute-phase stroke patients has obvious categorization characteristics，and it is recommended that healthcare professionals should pay more attention to patients with different degrees of neurological deficits and adopt targeted interventions according to the different categories of post-stroke depression in order to alleviate their depressive symptoms.

Objective To explore the internal correlation mechanism among symptoms and influencing factors in first-ever subacute stroke patients. Methods A cross-sectional survey method was employed to conveniently select stroke patients hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province from October 2022 to June 2023. Data were collected using a general information questionnaire，Symptom Experience Scale for Stroke Survivors，Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form，Acceptance of Illness Scale，Herth Hope Index，and the Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness. Results A total of 316 stroke patients were included. The incidence of symptom burden ranged from 17.41% to 87.97%，with the core，bridge，and sentinel symptoms as decreased attention and restricted limb movements，restricted limb movements and decreased self-care ability，and limb weakness and delayed response，respectively. Age，stroke type，disease stage，self-care ability，fear of disease progression，hope level，and happiness level were predictive factors for symptom burden in patients. Mixed network analysis showed direct correlation between foot inversion and stroke type，fear of disease progression was directly associated with limb weakness and limb pain. Low mood was directly correlated with hope level and happiness level. Conclusion Symptoms in patients with first-episode subacute stroke are interrelated. Nurses should pay attention to the identification of core，bridge，and sentinel symptoms，understand the associations between symptoms and influencing factors，and provide comprehensive and personalized clinical symptom management strategies for patients.

Objective To identify the measurement time，assessment tools，changing trends，factors in longitudinal studies on post stroke fatigue. Methods Web of Science，PubMed，CINAHL，Embase，CNKI，CBM，Wanfang，and VIP database were retrieved from inception until December 15，2024. Results A total of 41 papers were included. The measurement time points used with high frequency were 3，6，and 12 months after stroke. 10 assessment tools were retrieved and the fatigue severity scale was most selected. The majority of the studies supported that the incidence of post stroke fatigue showed a decreasing trend within 6 months after stroke，an increasing trend from 6 to 12 months，and a decreasing or steady decreasing trend from 12 months. Post stroke fatigue is influenced by demographic，disease，physiologic，psychological，and coping factors. Conclusion The longitudinal studies on post stroke fatigue focused less than 1 year after stroke，but the recovery period is understudied and specific assessment tools need to be further explored. The trend of post stroke fatigue varies at different stages and exists heterogeneity. Future studies should be optimized to explore influence factors.

Objective To develop and apply a self-management question prompt list for ovarian cancer postoperative patients to meet patients’ information needs and promote the level of self-management. Methods The draft of the list was prepared through literature review and semi-structured interviews. From September to November 2023，the Delphi method was adopted to conduct 2 rounds of correspondence，and the list items were revised and improved based on expert opinions，and the final list was confirmed. From December 2023 to February 2024，a total of 28 ovarian cancer postoperative patients in a tertiary A hospital in Liaoning Province were conveniently selected as application subjects. The changes in patients’ self-care ability before and after application were compared，and the evaluation of 28 medical staff on the implementation effect of the checklist was investigated. Results The effective questionnaire recovery rates were 95% and 100%；the expert authority coefficients were 0.92 and 0.90；the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.284 and 0.302，respectively，all P<0.001. The final list included 5 dimensions，including 11 items of disease and treatment，13 items of postoperative and daily care，9 items of physical symptom management，7 items of psychosocial support，and 5 items of prognosis information，with a total of 45 questions. The preliminary application results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of patients’ self-care ability before and after the application of the checklist（t=14.92，P<0.001），and the satisfaction rate of the evaluation items of the implementation effect of the checklist was 92.86%~100%. Conclusion The contents of the list items are comprehensive，targeted and practical，which can mobilize patients’ subjective initiative of seeking information and improve self-management ability.

Objective To explore the basis of PERMA on the overall well-being and social support of elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with MHD were selected from the blood purification center of a tertiary A hospital in Zhejiang Province from January to December 2022 as the study subjects. According to the different disease areas of the patients，they were randomly divided into an experimental group or a control group. Finally，30 patients were included in each group. The control group received routine care，and the experimental group received another 4-week bidirectional social support intervention based on the PERMA model. General well-being scale，social support rating scale，sleep duration，activity duration were used to evaluate the effect before intervention，4 weeks after intervention and 1 month after intervention. Results The results of repeated measurement ANOVA showed that there were statistically significant differences in general happiness score，social support score，sleep duration and activity duration in terms of time effect（P<0.05），while there were statistically significant differences in general happiness score，social support score and sleep duration in terms of inter-group effect（P<0.05）. Social support score and sleep duration had statistically significant interac-tion effects（P<0.05）. Conclusion The bidirectional social support intervention based on well-being PERMA model can enhance the general well-being and social support level of elderly patients with MHD，and improve the sleep and activity status of elderly patients with MHD.

Objective To establish a scheme of immunosuppressant（tacrolimus） tube administration after lung transplantation and evaluate the effect. Methods Utilizing evidence summary and the Delphi method with the Structure-Process-Outcome（SPO） model，a tacrolimus administrating via feeding tubes scheme was established for lung transplantations，incorporating 5 aspects “medication management”“risk assessment”“enteral feeding implementation”“process monitoring” and “evaluation and feedback” from July to September 2023. A convenience sampling method was employed to select patients with lung transplant surgery of a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province from November 2023 to June 2024. Among them，18 patients admitted from March to June 2024 were designated as an experimental group，receiving the developed tacrolimus enteral feeding administration plan；18 patients admitted from November 2023 to February 2024 were designated as a control group，receiving standard enteral feeding administration measures.The standard trough concentration of tacrolimus，the coefficient of variation of tacrolimus trough concentration，the daily dosage of tacrolimus and its coefficient of variation，and the rate of achieving the target trough concentration of tacrolimus were compared between the 2 groups. Results Of the initially recruited subjects，15 in the experimental group and 18 in the control group were included in the final analysis. After intervention，the coefficient of variation of trough concentrations and daily doses of tacrolimus in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，while the rate of achieving target trough concentrations was higher，with all differences being statistically significant（P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of standardized blood drug concentrations and the coefficient of variation of daily doses between the 2 groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion The tacrolimus administrating via feeding tubes scheme for lung transplantations based on the SPO model is scientific and practical，providing clinical references for the use of tacrolimus enteral medication after lung transplantation，in order to promote the standardization of tacrolimus enteral administration.

Objective This study aims to construct and evaluate a clinical decision support system for individualized frequency repositioning in ICU patients using big data and modern information technology，with the goal of improving ICU nursing quality. Methods From February to August 2023，a dedicated research team was established to construct a data model based on real-world data from 3，988 ICU patients，assessing the impact of different position change frequencies on the incidence of pressure injuries. Based on this model，a decision support system was designed and developed，incorporating modules for personalized patient characteristics input，data analysis and result queries，decision recording，and patient file management. From September to November 2023，ICU nurses at a tertiary hospital in Qingdao city was selected to use the system. A usability survey was conducted using the System Usability Scale（SUS） to evaluate the system’s usability. Results The constructed decision support system can display the outcomes for patients under 7 different position change frequencies based on the input of personalized patient characteristics and the calculation results from the data model，providing precise decision support for nurses. A total of 85 nurses participated in the system usability evaluation，with the SUS score of 64.22±13.9. Conclusion The constructed individualized frequency of repositioning decision support system for ICU patients demonstrates good scientific validity and usability，providing clinical nurses with a valuable reference for implementing personalized position change frequencies for patients.

Objective To investigate the effect of non humidification，200 ml and 100 ml distilled water humidification on oxygen output flow of Venturi mask，and to provide basis and reference for clinical application of Venturi mask oxygen therapy. Methods In August 2024，the output end of an oxygen flow meter installed with a water humidification device was connected with a Venturi mask and an external flow sensor of a ventilator in turn. The oxygen output flow of the Venturi mask was measured under the conditions of no humidification，200 ml distilled water humidification and 100 ml distilled water humidification，respectively，at oxygen concentration set of 24%，26%，28%，31%，35%，40% and 50%. The measured output flow data of the 3 groups were statistically analyzed. Results The oxygen output flow of the Venturi mask ranged from 7.6 to 45.6 L/min，and the input flow was 3 L/min or 6 L/min. The higher the oxygen concentration，the lower the oxygen output flow of the Venturi mask. Under the same oxygen concentration，the average output flow of 200 ml distilled water humidification group was lower than that of 100 ml distilled water humidification group and non humidification group（P<0.05）. When the oxygen concentration was set at 24%，26%，31% and 35%，the oxygen output flow of non humidification group was higher than that of 100 ml distilled water humidification group（P<0.05）. At 40% and 50% oxygen concentration，the oxygen output flow of 100 ml distilled water humidification group was higher than that of non humidification group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The overall output flow of the Venturi mask is low，and the input flow is the same. The higher the oxygen concentration，the lower the output flow. The humidification of 200ml distilled water may lead to insufficient oxygen flow in patients，while the humidification of 100ml distilled water has little effect on the output flow of Venturi mask.

Objective To understand the experience of fall alertness in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to provide references for the development of targeted nursing intervention strategies. Methods 13 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis，who were admitted to the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of a tertiary hospital in Guizhou Province from February to April 2024，were selected through purposive sampling. Phenomenological qualitative research methods were used，with semi-structured in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s seven-step method，and themes were extracted. Results 3 main themes and 9 sub-themes were identified：the process of fall risk perception（reshaping fall risk cognition，establishing emotional coping mechanism，enhancing fall alertness effect），behavioral responses to fall alertness（creating a safe living environment，regularizing daily routine plan），and needs for fall prevention support（need for fall prevention knowledge，home rehabilitation care needs，intelligent device usage needs，psychosocial support needs）. Conclusion Clinical medical staff should pay attention to the transformation process of fall risk perception in elderly rheumatoid arthritis patients，accurately identify patients’ fall support needs in practice，and guide patients to adopt appropriate fall alert response behaviors through innovative fall demand support interaction paths and the construction of social support network systems，in order to improve patients’ fall alertness and reduce their fall risk.

Objective To explore the characteristics of the potential categories of traumatic psychological reactions in ICU patients and analyze the influencing factors of different potential categories，in order to provide ideas for the implementation of scientific and effective personalized intervention in the future. Methods A convenience sample of 300 patients treated in the ICU of a hospital from May 2023 to February 2024 was surveyed. The used instruments included a general information questionnaire，the Social Support Rating Scale，the Brief Resilience Scale，the Acute Stress Disorder Scale，and the Simplified Chinese version of the Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory. Data were analyzed using multivariate Logistic regression. Additionally，a purposive sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 12 ICU patients，and the interview data were analyzed by interpretative phenomenological analysis. Results Quantitative research results showed that the traumatic psychological responses of ICU patients were categorized into 4 latent classes，including Trauma-Dependent Type（17.3%），Smooth-Transition Type（36.0%），External-Support Growth Type（25.3%），and Internal-Rooted Growth Type（21.3%）. Factors influencing these responses included age，educational level，social support，psychological resilience，household income，and the number of used hormone medications（P<0.05）. Qualitative research results showed that 4 core themes were identified，including immersion in psychological trauma，rational cognition and acceptance of reality，seeking external support for personal growth，and independent exploration of inner self. Influencing factors included age，income level，history of major illness or ICU treatment，level of disease awareness，presence of underage children，and individual capacity for rumination. The quantitative and qualitative results were mutually corroborative and complemented each other. Conclusion The acute stress response of ICU patients is obvious，and there are multiple characteristics in the potential categories of traumatic psychological response，suggesting that medical and nursing staff can identify the characteristics of various types and influencing factors early，formulate personalized intervention programs，and promote their post-traumatic growth.

Objective To investigate the status of feeding intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation and analyze its influencing factors，to provide a reference for formulating a reasonable enteral nutrition plan and improving patients’ nutritional status. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to retrospectively collect the clinical data of 115 patients who received enteral nutrition support after lung transplantation and were hospitalized in the ICU of a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province from August 2022 to November 2023. According to the occurrence of feeding intolerance during ICU hospitalization，the patients were divided into a feeding tolerance group and a feeding intolerance group. Univariate and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of feeding intolerance patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation. Results Within 7 days of initiating enteral nutrition，a total of 63 patients developed feeding intolerance，with an incidence of 54.78%. Among them，the incidence of feeding intolerance was relatively high within 1 to 3 days after initiating enteral feeding. The clinical manifestations of feeding intolerance were diarrhea，bloating，gastric retention，vomiting/regurgitation，among which the diarrhea was the highest incidence（87.30%）. Logi-stic regression analysis showed that intraoperative net balance volume（OR=0.999），intraoperative blood transfusion（OR=1.001） volume and diabetes history（OR=0.170） were independent influencing factors for feeding intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation（P<0.05）. Conclusion There was a high incidence of feed-ing intolerance in patients with enteral nutrition after lung transplantation. Patients undergoing lung transplantation who have a high net intraoperative fluid balance，receive a low volume of intraoperative blood transfusions，and have a history of diabetes are at a lower risk of developing feeding intolerance when receiving postoperative enteral nutrition. When starting enteral nutrition，medical staff should dynamically evaluate the risk factors of feeding intolerance，screen high-risk patients as early as possible，and formulate reasonable enteral nutrition programs to improve the nutritional status of patients and promote their rehabilitation.

Objective To identify facilitators and barriers to colorectal cancer screening in community healthcare and propose effective implementation strategies. Methods From February to July 2024，a survey based on the consolidated framework for implementation research（CFIR） was conducted in 8 community health centers in Harbin，using purposive and convenience sampling to select 108 nurses and 550 residents. Binary logistic regression was used to analyze factors affecting nurses’ screening knowledge and residents’ behaviors. Semi-structured interviews with 21 nurses and 23 residents were analyzed using inductive-deductive methods. Results In the innovation domain，clear goals and free screening facilitated the implementation，while complex processes and resource shortages were barriers. Externally，policy support，funding，and collaboration promoted the screening，but funding gaps and poor communication hindered it. Internally，organizational culture and leadership were positive，while nurse training and teamwork were insufficient. Mixed-method results showed that motivation，ability，opportunity，and needs of nurses and residents significantly impacted screening. Regular feedback and teamwork aided the implementation，but complexity and communication gaps remained obstacles. Conclusion This study analyzed the facilitators and barriers to the screening implementation from the perspectives of community nurses and participants. Recommendations include simplifying processes，optimizing tools and policies，strengthening nurse training and health education，improving communication feedback，and improve outcomes，thereby increasing the participation rate of residents in colorectal cancer screening.

Objective To analyze the relationship between post-traumatic growth（PTG） and health-related quality of life（HRQOL） among long-term cancer survivors （time since diagnosis≥5 years） and to explore the trends and reasons for changes over time. Methods A total sampling method was used to conduct baseline and follow-up surveys on long-term cancer survivors from 6 cancer registries in Germany during 2008—2011 and 2018—2019. General information questionnaires，Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory，and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer-Quality of Life Questionnaire were applied. The collected data were analyzed using a linear mixed-effects regression model for longitudinal relationships. Results A total of 2704 long-term cancer survivors completed the baseline and follow-up surveys and the effective sample size is 2 686. The high PTG group had a significantly higher overall health status/QOL score than the low PTG group，with a statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. However，the difference in scores between the 2 groups at follow-up was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. The interaction between PTG groups and time was statistically significant for overall health status and insomnia（all P<0.05）. There was a stable positive relationship between PTG and economic difficulty scores with a statistically significant difference（P<0.001）. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between PTG and HRQOL among long-term cancer survivors that weakens over time，and the perceived economic burden related to health is a continuous source of stress.

To summarize the nursing experience of 8 patients with non-small cell lung cancer with severe immune checkpoint inhibitor-related pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure caused by programmed death receptor 1 inhibitor. Nursing points：implementing target-oriented oxygenation management to reduce the risk of lung injury；bundled care measures should be taken to prevent pulmonary infection and infection aggravation；closely observing the changes of the disease，early identification and treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding and hypocalcemia；regular follow-up and health education to improve the ability of disease self-monitoring and management. After careful treatment and nursing，6 cases recovered and were discharged from hospital，while 2 cases gave up treatment；after 1 to 6 weeks of follow-up，5 cases recovered well and 1 case died after 1 week.

To summarize the nursing experience of a sepsis patient with secondary systemic multi-site Candida auris infection after pontine hemorrhage.The key points of nursing care are as follows：to implement precise infection prevention and control measures for Candida auris in hospitals；to reasonably select skin care tools and maintain good skin care；to implement individualized extubation strategies；to conduct proper nursing care for antibiotic medication；to dynamically adjust nutritional support methods；to carry out early rehabilitation training after cerebral hemorrhage；to provide comprehensive psychological care. The patient was discharged after 70 days of hospitalization.

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with pancreatic cancer who underwent total pancreatectomy combined with islet cell transplantation. Nursing points：goal-oriented management of endocrine function，being alert to the occurrence of “brittle diabetes”；the dose of pancreatic enzymes was dynamically adjusted by doctors and nurses to improve exocrine insufficiency；the whole-process nutritional risk assessment and individualized nutritional support strategies were implemented. Early identification and standardized management of gastroparesis syndrome can improve gastric motility of patients. After careful treatment and nursing care，the patient’s islet function was stable，and the endocrine and exocrine functions of the pancreas recovered well. The patient was discharged 15 days after the operation. During the follow-up of 2 months，the patient’s condition was stable，and no serious blood glucose disorder and other serious complications occurred.

Objective To conduct a scoping review of the intervention design and application status of intelligent interactive cognitive-motor training（IICMT） in fall prevention among older adults，providing references for subsequent research in this field. Methods Following the scoping review framework，systematic searches were conducted in PubMed，Web of Science，Embase，Cochrane Library，CINAHL，Scopus，IEEE Xplore，Chinese Biomedical Literature Database，CNKI，Wanfang Database，and VIP Database from their inception to September 17，2024. The included studies were analyzed and summarized. Results A total of 19 articles were included. The main intelligent interactive technologies included virtual reality，commercial games，computer touch sensing，wearable devices，and infrared sensing，typically combining basic cognitive ability training，advanced cognitive function training，spatial cognitive training，and comprehensive application training with functional activity training such as balance and coordination，gait and strength，stair climbing，and obstacle avoidance. Assessment indicators included balance and gait，fall risk and self-efficacy，physiological indicators，muscle strength，postural stability，physical function，as well as feasibility and safety assessments. Conclusion IICMT is safe and feasible among older adults，and can improve balance and fall efficacy，reducing the risk of falls.

Objective To review the application of sexual dysfunction intervention in cervical cancer patients，and refine the intervention elements，so as to provide ideas and methods for the development of personalized intervention measures. Methods Guided by the 2021 updated methodological guidelines for scoping reviews from the Joanna Briggs Institute in Australia，CINAHL，PubMed，Web of Science，Embase，Cochrane Library，CNKI，Wanfang and VIP databases were systematically searched from inception to February 29，2024，and the included literature were analyzed and summarized. Results A total of 17 studies were included，involving 9 randomized controlled trials，7 quasi-experimental studies and 1 pilot study. The theoretical basis of the intervention includes PLISSIT model，BETTER model，FOCUS program，PERMA flourish theory，empowerment theory，the trans-theoretical model and narrative therapy. The intervention content involves 4 themes：sexual problem disclosing，sexual science education，sexual physiological rehabilitation and sexual psychological rehabilitation. The main forms are offline and online independent or combined intervention. The outcomes include sexual health function，social function，psychological status and self-management. Conclusion Sexual dysfunction interventions have a positive impact on cervical cancer patients. Future research should develop sexual dysfunction interventions with more comprehensive content，richer forms and more accurate evaluation based on the in-depth understanding of the theoretical connotation，and play the role of nurse-led multidisciplinary teams to maintain the long-term sexual and reproductive health of cervical cancer patients.
