Objective To analyze the effectiveness of a tele-diet combined exercise intervention program in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with sarcopenia. Methods The selection of 80 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with sarcopenia was conducted from December 2022 to February 2023 in 2 communities in Urumqi City，and the 2 communities were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group，with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group carried out the intervention of dietary combined with exercise through tele-technology on the basis of the routine health education，and the control group implemented the routine health education. The scores of somatic functions，muscle strength and quality of life of patients with sarcopenia were compared between the 2 groups before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention，6-meter step speed，5 sit-to-stand tests，grip strength index，and quality of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Tele-diet combined with exercise intervention positively affects somatic function，muscle strength，and quality of life in elderly patients with T2DM combined with sarcopenia.

Objective To analyze the impact of different lifestyle behaviors on the rapid decline in cognitive function within 6 months among the elderly with mild cognitive impairment（MCI） in the community. Methods From March 2023 to January 2024，a convenient sampling method was used to select elderly people with MCI from 2 community health service centers of Beijing as the research subjects. They were followed up for 6 months，and the data on general information，life behaviors，and changes in cognitive function were collected. They were divided into a cognitive decline group and a non-decline group based on whether there were reliable changes in clinical cognitive function. Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of short-term cognitive decline in MCI elderly. Results A total of 385 MCI elderly people were successfully followed up in this study，and 113（29.4%） showed cognitive decline. Logistic regression analysis revealed that life behaviors such as frequent passive cognitive activities，depressive symptoms，and poor sleep quality are independent risk factors for rapid cognitive decline in elderly individuals with MCI over a short period （P<0.05）. Conversely，higher educational levels and good social activities are protective factors（P<0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of rapid cognitive decline is relatively high among MCI elderly people in the community. We should actively guide MCI elderly people to establish healthy lifestyle behaviors，such as engaging in social activities，reducing passive cognitive activities，maintaining a good psychological state，and ensuring good sleep quality，so as to delay or even reverse their cognitive decline.

Objective To develop the assessment scale of proactive health behavior ability for the disabled elderly in nursing homes and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The first draft of the scale was formed by literature review，qualitative interviews and Delphi method. From December 2023 to March 2024，525 disabled elderly people from 9 nursing homes in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City were selected as the survey subjects，and item analysis and reliability and validity test were carried out on the scale. 30 disabled elderly people were re-investigated after 2 weeks to calculate the retest reliability of the scale. Results The scale consisted of 4 dimensions and 27 items. Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors，with the cumulative variance contribution rate of 65.992%，and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the modified model fitting index was within acceptable range. The content validity index at item level was 0.917-1.000，and that at scale level was 0.997. The Cronbach’s α coefficient，test-retest reliability and split-half reliability of the total scale were 0.944，0.997 and 0.882，respectively. Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity，and it can be used to evaluate the proactive health behavior ability of the disabled elderly in nursing homes.

Objective To conduct a scoping review of studies on online health information-seeking behavior interventions for older adults to determine the specific content，outcome indicators and effects of online health information-seeking behavior interventions for older adults，and to provide references for future research and practice. Methods Computer search was conducted to retrieve studies related to health information-seeking behavior intervention for older adults based on digital technology from PubMed，Embase，Web of Science，Cochrane Library，CNKI，Wanfang Database，and China Biomedical Literature Database. The search period was from the construction of the database to 18 January 2024. The included literature was screened and summarized by 2 researchers. Results 19 papers were included. Pre-intervention preparation for an online health information-seeking behavior intervention for older adults included participant recruitment，baseline surveys，and material preparation. Intervention content elements included training in basic computer and Internet knowledge and skills，knowledge and use of online health resources，evaluation of online health information quality，and application of online health information. The intervention sites were mainly places where older people live and work. Intervention time and frequency were 1-3 hours for one-time intervention training，1-2 times/week for 4-6 weeks for short-term intervention in ongoing intervention support，1-3 times/month for 3-4 months for long-term intervention. The outcome indicators are mainly related to computer knowledge and skills indicators，health attitudes indicators，online health information seeking behaviour indicators，and health behaviour indicators. Conclusion Online health information-seeking behaviour interventions for the elderly are feasible and effective，and high-quality empirical studies can be conducted in the future to improve online health information-seeking behaviour of the elderly and promote health management by improving intervention preparation，integrating technological innovations，and promoting the development of personalized intervention programs.

The continued aging of the population has led to a surge in long-term care needs for the elderly. Proactive preparation for future care（PFC） for the elderly can effectively meet the care needs caused by aging，improve their physical and mental health，and promote the elderly to maximize their physiological，psychological and social functions，finally realizing healthy aging. This paper reviews the theoretical basis，concept connotation，measurement tools，influencing factors and intervention strategies of PFC for the elderly，and puts forward the prospects for future research，so as to provide references for potential mechanism and empirical research of PFC for Chinese seniors.

Objective To develop an expert consensus on subcutaneous injection nursing for allergic asthma in children，standardize nursing practice to reduce the occurrence of related adverse reactions. Methods The clinical guideline，expert consensus，systematic review，evidence summary and original research on subcutaneous injection of monoclonal antibody drug for children with allergic asthma were comprehensively searched in domestic and foreign databases. The time limit for retrieval was from the establishment of databases until August 2023. Combined with clinical practice experience，the first draft of the consensus was formed. From December 2023 to February 2024，27 experts were invited to conduct 2 rounds of expert letter consultation，revise and improve the contents of the first draft，and expert demonstration was conducted，and finally a consensus final draft was formed. Results The effective recovery rate of the 2 rounds of letter consultation questionnaires was 100%；the authority coefficient of experts was 0.88；the judging basis coefficient was 0.93；the familiarity coefficient was 0.83. In the 2 rounds of correspondence，the Kendall concordant coefficients of expert opinions were 0.241 and 0.252，respectively（P<0.001 for both）. The consensus includes 6 parts，including personnel management，environmental layout，indications and contraindications，subcutaneous injection operation norms，identification and treatment of adverse reactions，and health education. Conclusion The consensus is strongly scientific and practical，and can provide guidance for nursing practice of subcutaneous injection of monoclonal antibodies in children with allergic asthma.

Objective The purpose of writing the “Expert consensus on the prevention and control of intracranial hypertension in adult critical illness”（here in after referred to as the "Consensus"） aimed to standardize the nursing work related to the prevention and control of elevated intracranial pressure in adult critical illness，and prevent the occurrence of complications such as cerebral herniation. Methods Guided by evidence-based practice，domestic and foreign databases were searched for guidelines，expert consensuses，systematic evaluation，evidence summaries，and original research related to increased intracranial pressure. The search period is from database establishment to March 2024. The high-quality evidence and suggestions in the field was evaluated，extracted，and summarized to form a preliminary consensus. 27 experts were invited to conduct 2 rounds of expert inquiry and 8 experts were invited to conduct 2 expert discussion meetings，to revise and improve the content of the initial draft，and to ultimately form a final consensus. Results The effective response rates for both rounds of inquiry questionnaires were 100%，with expert authority coefficients of 0.884，judgment coefficients of 0.964，and familiarity levels of 0.804. The Kendall harmony coefficients for 2 rounds of inquiry were 0.107 and 0.083（P<0.01），respectively. The consensus includes 4 aspects，including identification，monitoring，prevention and control strategies，emergency treatment and care for increased intracranial pressure. Conclusion This “Consensus” has strong scientific validity and can provide reference basis for nurses to carry out prevention and control of intracranial pressure increase.

Objective Meta modelling was employed to develop a risk prediction model for intradialytic hypotension（IDH） and validate the model. Methods Literature on risk factors for IDH published up to March 31，2023 was retrieved from 8 databases，including Cochrane Library，PubMed，Web of Science，EBSCO，Scopus，CINAHL，CNKI and Wanfang Database. Random effects model was used to combine ORs，and factors with P<0.05 were selected to establish the model based on their regression coefficients. 286 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected as a validation cohort to evaluate the model’s discrimination，calibration and clinical utility. Results 39 studies were included，involving 25 546 patients. 14 factors were identified to establish the risk prediction model. The risk score for IDH occurrence was calculated as -0.301 × male+0.015 × age+0.004 × dialysis vintage+0.988 × diabetes+0.730 × cardiovascular disease-0.042 × predialysis systolic blood pressure+0.666 × dialysis mode of hemodialysis filter+0.076 × temperature+0.159 × ultrafiltration rate+0.476 × ultrafiltration volume+1.024 × weight gain between dialysis+0.053 × serum phosphorus+0.023 × blood urea nitrogen+0.040 × β₂-microglobulin. Definition in the Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative guideline，nadir intradialytic systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa），falling intradialytic systolic blood pressure ≥20 mmHg，and definition in the United Kingdom Kidney Association guideline were selected as 4 outcomes. The areas under the curve for the prediction model with respect to these 4 outcomes were 0.830，0.648，0.647，and 0.763，respectively. Calibration curves showed that the model predictive outcomes were consistent with actual outcomes for the first 2 outcomes（χ²=14.824，P=0.064；χ²=12.016，P=0.149）. Decision curve analysis indicated that the model had better net benefit compared to either intervention/no intervention for all definitions. Conclusion The IDH risk prediction model developed by meta-modeling in this study has good predictive performance and certain application value.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of ecological momentary assessment（EMA） in the implementation of home rehabilitation exercise for middle-aged stroke patients，and to provide a basis for decision-making and practice of precision rehabilitation nursing for stroke. Methods This descriptive qualitative research utilized purposive sampling method to select 8 medical staff，4 information technicians，8 middle-aged stroke patients，and 5 caregivers from a tertiary A general hospital in Wuhan from January 2 to March 10，2024 as the research subjects. Semi-structured interview was conducted based on the framework of diffusion of innovations theory. The data were analyzed using directed content analysis. Results 5 themes and 10 sub-themes were extracted，including relative advantage factors（conducive to precise and dynamic evaluation of patient rehabilitation behavior and symptom trajectory by medical staff；enhancing patient self-management awareness，effectively reducing care burden），compatibility factors（new methods conflict with existing values；new methods are in line with clinical work practice），complexity factors（evaluation frequency affects the accuracy of rehabilitation tracking；limited limb function and social support increase user burden），experimental factors（pilot and real-time feedback improve user experience；experience summary and promotion，the strengthening of practical verification orientation），and observable factors（successful cases of mobile health help popularize new methods；visualization of new methods to enrich mobile health practice）. Conclusion There are certain promoting and hindering factors in the implementation of EMA in the field of home rehabilitation exercise for middle-aged stroke patients. In the future，it is necessary to explore the potential of EMA in the field of precision rehabilitation and ensure its compatibility with clinical practice.

Objective To understand the experience of oncology nurses participating in fertility preservation services，and to provide a reference for oncology nurses to formulate targeted training courses and management measure. Methods From September to November 2023，phenomenological research methods were used to select 14 oncology nurses in a tertiary A cancer hospital in Tianjin for semi-structured interviews. Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the interview data and summarize the themes. Results 3 themes and 10 sub-themes were extracted：①The driving forces for participating in fertility preservation services（long-term benefits of fertility preservation，individual conditions of cancer patients，self-conscious cognition of role responsibilities，and internal drivers of empathy）；②Oncology nurses are hampered by the lack of professional quality（knowledge system has not been built，ideological deviation needs to be corrected，communication skills need to be strengthened）；③The practical difficulties of oncology nurses participating in fertility preservation services（lack of targeted education and training，lack of multidisciplinary team contact channels，and lack of normative institutional guarantee）. Conclusion Oncology nurses play an indispensable role in fertility preservation services. Hospitals need to pay attention to the unique role of oncology nurses and develop targeted training courses to improve their professional quality，so as to promote the implementation of fertility preservation services in China.

Objective To translate the Peritoneal Dialysis Care Burden Questionnaire（PDCBQ） into Chinese version，and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The modified Brislin translation model was used to perform literal translation，back translation，expert translation，original author review，cultural adjustment and pre-investigation to form the Chinese version of PDCBQ. The convenience sampling method was used to select 274 caregivers of peritoneal dialysis patients who were revisited in the peritoneal dialysis center of a tertiary A general hospital in Tianjin from January to April 2024 as the investigation subjects to verify the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The Chinese version of PDCBQ has a total of 30 items，which are divided into 3 dimensions，including patient dependence，subjective burden and objective burden. A total of 3 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis，and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.366%. The structure validity χ²/df was 2.415；the norm fit index was 0.919；the relative fit index was 0.903；the incremental fit index（IFI） was 0.951；the Tucker-Lewis index was 0.941；the comparative fit index was 0.950；root mean square error of approximation was 0.072. The structural equation has a good fit. The total Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the Chinese version PDCBQ was 0.984，and the item-level content validity index was 0.875~1.000. The total half-reliability and test-retest reliability of the scale were 0.975 and 0.984. Conclusion The Chinese version of PDCBQ has good reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate the burden of peritoneal dialysis caregivers in China.

Objective To systematically review the incidence and influencing factors of refeeding syndrome （RFS） in critically ill patients，and provide references for early identification of RFS and formulation of preventive measures. Methods Computerized searches were conducted for studies on RFS in critically ill patients in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI），Wanfang，VIP，CBM，PubMed，Embase，Web of Science，CINAHL，Cochrane Library from inception to May 29th，2024. Data analysis was performed using Stata 16.0 software. Results A total of 29 articles with 5 720 participants were included. The Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of RFS in critically ill patients was 33.68%. The subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of RFS in critically ill patients was higher in studies conducted in 2020 or later（38.22%），in the Americas（36.39%），and with only electrolyte changes as the diagnostic basis（37.51%）.Risk factors for RFS in critically ill patients included higher acute physiological and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ scores（OR=1.41），higher sequential organ failure assessment scores（OR=1.29），initiation of feeding within 48 h of ICU admission（OR=3.36），age≥60 years（OR=2.82），diabetes mellitus（OR=3.53），pre-albumin concentration<150 g/L（OR=5.53），albumin concentration<30 g/L （OR=3.26），caloric intake>25% standard calories（OR=2.86），enteral solution temperature of 36~38 ℃（OR=2.32），feeding rate>50 ml/h（OR=3.76），fasting time≥2 d before feeding（OR=2.46），history of alcoholism（OR=2.64）. Conclusion The incidence of RFS in critically ill patients is high and there are many influencing factors. Nurses should improve their awareness and attention to RFS，accurately identify high-risk groups and risk factors，and adopt a multidisciplinary collaborative model to develop whole-course，detailed and personalized intervention measures to prevent RFS.

To summarize the nursing experience of postoperative arrhythmia after transcatheter aortic valve replacement in an elderly patient with severe aortic stenosis. The key points of nursing include：implementing nurse led triple pre-rehabilitation，goal oriented hemodynamic monitoring and volume management，prevention and management of postoperative complications，psychological adaptation adjustment under the guidance of dual heart medicine，early and gradual rehabilitation training，and follow-up specialist guidance for extended care in the hospital. The patient was discharged from hospital with both stable physical and psychological condition after careful treatment and nursing care by the team in 12 days after operation.

This study summarized the nursing experience of 2 pediatric heart transplant surgeries. Perioperative care included preoperative maintenance of cardiac function，volume management，infection prevention measures，and psychological preparation. Early postoperative care involved circulatory monitoring，management of right heart dysfunction，use of immunosuppressants，observation of rejection reactions，control of postoperative infections，nutritional support，psychological care，and home continuity care. The postoperative rehabilitation effect of the children is satisfactory after multi-team special treatment and nursing care. The postoperative hospitalization time for the 2 patients were 20 and 30 days. After discharge，2 patients showed good recovery during follow-up.

Implementation strategy is a method or technique that enhances the adoption，implementation，and routine practice of evidence-based interventions in real-world healthcare situations，and is an important part of evidence transformation. Implementation mapping provides a practical tool for developing implementation strategies. This review introduces the concept and features and implementation steps of implementation mapping，commonly used theories，frameworks and models，and its application in evidence transformation and featureand application projects，in order to promote the use of implementation mapping in domestic evidence transformation research.

Mixed methods systematic review（MMSR） is a type of review that comprehensively integrates qualitative and quantitative data to produce evidence to guide decision-making on a topic. This paper reviewed the application，method classification，specific implementation steps，and other methodological content of MMSR. At the same time，literature retrieval was used to analyze the published MMSR-related literature. According to the review results，MMSR can be divided into 2 main types：convergent approach and sequential approach. The domestic application started late and mainly focused on the patient’s physiological and emotional status. Therefore，the application scope of this method should be continuously expanded in medical and nursing in the future to adapt to social development and practical needs and continue to promote the development of MMSR standardization.

Sodium and water retention are key and controllable risk factors that contribute to the increased risk of morbidity and mortality in patients with heart failure，and long-term continuous and effective volume management is an important strategy to help patients achieve an individualized state of optimal volume balance. The gradual application of digital health technology in the field of cardiovascular disease has provided new possibilities for volume management in patients with heart failure，while the relevant domestic studies and reports remain fewer. This article reviews the application of digital health technology in the assessment of volume status，management of volume status，volume risk warning，health education and follow-up in patients with heart failure，and analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures，to provide a reference for digital volume management in out-of-hospital heart failure patients.

Transitional care handover of ICU transferred patients affects patient safety and continuity of care. This article reviews the current situation of transitional care handover for ICU transferred patients at home and abroad，and discusses in depth the problems，influencing factors and intervention strategies in the handover process. It aims to provide references for the improvement of the transitional care handover process of ICU transferred patients in China，development of intervention strategies based on meeting the needs of all parties and centred on patients and families，and enhance the quality of ICU transferred transitional care and patient safety.

Premature infants often present with inadequate pulmonary development and are susceptible to chronic respiratory conditions，including bronchopulmonary dysplasia and cystic fibrosis，which necessitate extended periods of oxygen therapy. The implementation of home oxygen therapy has been shown to reduce hospitalization durations and facilitate pulmonary maturation. However，challenges such as excessive oxygen administration and premature discontinuation of therapy pose significant clinical risks. In this review，we critically evaluate the current practices and methodologies associated with home oxygen therapy for premature infants，offering comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations. Our objective is to advance the understanding of neonatal care practitioners and to support the establishment of evidence-based guidelines for the management of home oxygen.
