Abstract:

The treatment and nursing experience of a patient with acute coronary syndrome with ketoacidosis and chronic gastric volvulus were summarized. The nursing points are as follows：dynamic assessment of chest pain，timely warning of disease changes，helping early identification of chest pain etiology；accurately monitoring hemodynamics，ensuring rapid fluid resuscitation，preventing heart failure；closely observation of bleeding and bleeding tendency，doing gastrointestinal bleeding care；phased posture therapy and cardiac rehabilitation to improve chronic gastric volvulus；applying positive dual intervention strategy and implementing psychological nursing. After active diagnosis and treatment and careful care，the patient was discharged smoothly after 20 d of hospitalization and followed up for 1 year in good condition.

总结1例急性冠脉综合征伴酮症酸中毒合并慢性胃扭转患者的治疗经过及护理。护理要点：动态评估胸痛，预警病情变化，尽早识别胸痛病因；精准监测血流动力学，保障快速液体复苏，预防心力衰竭；严密观察出血及出血倾向，做好消化道出血护理；分阶段实施体位疗法及心脏康复，改善慢性胃扭转症状；应用积极二元应对干预策略，实施心理护理。经过积极的诊治和精心的护理，住院20 d后顺利出院，随访1年，状况良好。
