Research progress on loneliness in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during protective isolation

Abstract:

Loneliness is common in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （HSCT） during protective isolation，which could affect their health outcomes. This article reviews the latest studies on loneliness，including concept，theory，influencing factors，assessment tools，and interventions. Currently，there are few studies on loneliness in HSCT patients in protective isolation in China and other countries. We propose to conduct some research to investigate the current status of loneliness，the influencing factors，and the relationship with patients’ mental health problems in the future，which could provide a theoretical basis for developing interventions to reduce the loneliness of the HSCT patients in protective isolation.

摘要：

造血干细胞移植（hematopoietic stem cell transplantation，HSCT）患者保护性隔离期间多具有孤独感，对其健康结局会造成不良影响。该文对HSCT患者保护性隔离期间孤独感的研究进行综述，包括孤独感的概念、相关理论、评估工具、影响因素及干预措施等。目前，国内相关研究较少，建议未来开展HSCT患者孤独感现状、影响因素及其与患者健康结局间关系的研究，为构建系统化干预方案提供依据。
