Abstract:

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with Bloom syndrome and diabetes. Main nursing measures：comprehensively evaluate the patient’s condition,strengthen the management of the patient’s blood sugar,and avoid the occurrence of hypoglycemia;instruct the patient to avoid sun exposure to prevent aggravation of facial erythema,apply topical antibiotics to the damaged skin to prevent infection;establish monitoring,treatment and education programs;use the anxiety self-rating scale to assess the mental state of patients and guide them to actively cope with the disease;provide patients with personalized diet,exercise,drug therapy and other knowledge and skills education,formulate diet plans and exercise prescriptions for them;provide individualized discharge guidance and follow-up management and finally the patient’s blood sugar control was discharged smoothly.

摘要：

总结1例侏儒-面部毛细血管扩张综合征患者合并糖尿病的护理经验。护理重点：全面评估患者情况,加强患者血糖管理,避免低血糖的发生;指导患者避免日晒,以防加重面部红斑,使用外用抗生素涂抹皮肤破损处,预防感染;建立监测、治疗和教育方案;采用焦虑自评量表评估患者心理状态,指导患者积极应对疾病;为患者提供个性化的饮食、运动、药物治疗等健康教育,为其制订饮食及运动方案;提供个体化的出院指导和随访管理。经过15 d的治疗和护理,患者血糖控制平稳,顺利出院。
