Research progress of exercise management evaluation index in diabetic patients

Abstract

Abstract:

Exercise can effectively reduce the incidence of diabetes,improve patients’ metabolic indicators such as HbA1c,blood glucose and blood lipid,increase insulin sensitivity,and reduce the risk of complications. Foreign countries give much attention to the evaluation of the effects of exercise management of diabetes,but this field remains relatively blank in China. Based on Donabedian three-dimensional quality structure theory,this paper reviews the evaluation indexes of exercise management for diabetic patients,including structural indexes,process indexes and outcome indexes. Structural indicators include multidisciplinary team construction,environmental material preparation,knowledge and skills training,policy support;process indicators include exercise evaluation,exercise implementation and monitoring;the outcome indexes included blood glucose,blood lipids and physiques,complications and so on,which provided references for the establishment of exercise evaluation index system for diabetic patients.

摘要：

运动能有效降低糖尿病的发病率,改善患者的糖化血红蛋白、血糖和血脂等代谢指标,增加胰岛素敏感性,降低并发症发生风险。该文依据Donabedian三维质量结构理论,对糖尿病患者运动管理评价指标进行综述,包括结构指标、过程指标和结果指标。结构指标包括多学科团队构建、环境与物资准备、知识和技能培训、政策支持;过程指标包括运动评估、运动实施及监测;结果指标包括血糖、血脂及体质相关指标、并发症相关指标等,为构建糖尿病患者运动评价指标体系提供参考。
