The identification and clinical nursing care of patients with Purple Urine Bag Syndrome

Abstract

Abstract:

Purple Urine Bag Syndrome（PUBS） is a rare and potentially serious complication of urinary tract infection. It has been widely reported in the literature,while it has not been fully understood in clinical nursing practice. This article reviewed domestic and international literature on the importance of nursing staff’s attention to the PUBS,and the generation mechanism,patient identification,nursing measures of PUBS. It provided references for nursing staff to carry out relevant clinical work.

摘要：

紫色尿袋综合征是留置导尿管患者的导尿管、尿袋出现深浅不同的紫色色素沉淀的现象,虽然在文献中已被广泛报告,但在临床护理实践中尚未被充分认识。该文通过回顾国内外文献,对护理人员关注紫色尿袋综合征的重要性、紫色尿袋综合征的产生机制及患者识别、相关护理措施等方面进行综述,旨在为临床护理人员开展相关护理工作提供参考。
