摘要：

护士的积极参与是抗菌药物管理成功的重要保障之一。护士不仅在抗菌药物滴注时间管理、抗菌药物不良反应识别与处理和药物健康教育等方面发挥作用,也在感染症状及体征识别、抗菌药物调整等方面发挥重要作用,可促进抗菌药物合理使用,降低耐药菌感染。该文综述了护士参与抗菌药物管理的现况及存在的问题,旨在为护士参与抗菌药物管理提供理论依据。
