Abstract

摘要：

综述疾病诊断相关分组（Diagnosis Related Groups,DRGs）的发展背景、应用现状,从护理绩效评价、护理成本、护理质量、护士职业发展4个方面分析其对护理管理工作的影响,明确DRGs对护理工作的挑战,并提出实施绩效考核机制、建立护理成本补偿机制、运用临床护理路径、构建护理质量控制体系以及优化护理人力资源配置等建议,旨在为护理管理者进行绩效考核及人力资源管理提供借鉴。
