摘要：

总结1例家族性低钾低镁血症患儿的护理经验。护理要点：自行设计病情评估表对患儿进行持续病情评估,采用简笔画解决疾病知识宣教中的难点,运用叙事护理缓解患儿心理负担,使用心理暗示引导患儿坚持补钾治疗。通过10 d精心的治疗及护理,患儿未发生并发症,好转出院。连续随访6个月,患儿保持良好的治疗依从性。
