摘要:
近年来,急性心肌梗死患病率和发病率呈逐年上升趋势。尽管疾病相关的诊疗技术已较为成熟,但患者出院后疾病管理仍存在较大问题。通过居家心脏康复能够有效改善疾病预后,利用数字健康技术可提高急性心肌梗死患者居家心脏康复的依从性及生活质量。该研究综述了数字健康技术在居家心脏康复中的干预形式,具体应用及效果,并对现存问题进行分析,提出应用策略,旨在为护士指导急性心肌梗死患者居家心脏康复实践提供参考。
