摘要:
数字技术的更新迭代提高了医疗机构内部资源信息的集成和交互效率,为传统护理质量管理环境中的“数据孤岛”、沟通不畅等问题提供了解决方案。该文基于价值共创理论,从数字赋能护理质量管理的相关概念及内涵、实现路径、具体应用及效果,以及潜在的风险与挑战等方面进行综述,并提出相关建议,以期为医护人员了解护理质量管理的数字化转型及探索未来可发展的方向提供参考。
