多模态适老化健康教育在门诊老年患者肠道准备中的应用研究

摘要：

目的探讨多模态适老化健康教育对门诊老年患者肠道准备质量的提升效果。方法采用便利抽样法，选取2025年1—12月在上海某三级甲等医院门诊就诊且接受结肠镜检查的310例老年患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组，每组155例。试验组患者在预约后，由研究人员发放多模态适老化指导工具，指导其掌握一键操作模式并依据有声书中核心内容进行健康教育；对照组发放纸质版资料，接受常规肠道准备健康教育。比较两组在肠道准备质量、服药不良反应及依从性等方面的差异。结果试验组与对照组各有150例完成干预。试验组的肠道准备质量、运动依从性与服药依从性均显著优于对照组，且腹胀反应人数少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论多模态适老化健康教育有助于提升门诊老年患者的肠道准备质量，改善服药与运动依从性，并降低腹胀发生率。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effect of multimodal aging-friendly health education on improving the quality of bowel preparation in older outpatients. Methods A convenience sample of 310 older patients scheduled for colonoscopy at a tertiary hospital in Shanghai was enrolled between January and December 2025. According to the random number table method，they were divided into a control group and an intervention group，with 155 patients in each group. After scheduling at the endoscopy center，the intervention group received a multimodal aging-friendly health education tool. Patients were instructed on how to use the one-touch operation mode and received health education based on the core content of the audiobook. The control group received printed materials and underwent conventional bowel preparation education. Between-group differences in bowel preparation quality，adverse drug reactions，and patient adherence were analyzed. Results A total of 150 patients completed the study in each group. The intervention group showed significantly better bowel preparation quality，exercise adherence，and medication adherence compared to the control group，and had fewer patients experiencing abdominal bloating（all P<0.05）. Conclusion Multimodal aging-friendly health education enhances bowel preparation quality，medication adherence，and exercise adherence among older outpatients，while reducing the incidence of abdominal bloating.
