摘要:
目的 对移动健康技术在脑卒中患者认知功能康复中应用的研究进行范围综述,以识别移动健康技术的种类、干预内容要素及结局指标,为今后的研究提供借鉴。方法 按照范围综述的方法学框架,系统检索中英文数据库中的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2025年2月16日。对纳入文献进行数据提取和汇总分析。结果 纳入28篇文献,移动健康技术涉及应用程序、虚拟现实+应用程序、互联网平台、虚拟现实+互联网平台、远程康复系统。干预的内容要素包括认知功能训练、远程认知评估、监护与提醒、健康指导。结论 基于移动健康技术的干预能有效改善脑卒中患者的认知功能及生活质量等。未来仍需开展大样本、高质量的研究为该领域提供更高质量的证据支持。
