山东省112所医院便携式血糖仪管理的现状调查

摘要：

目的了解山东省112所医院便携式血糖仪的管理现状,并分析其影响因素。方法于2020年1月,采用系统和方便抽样在山东省112所医院中选取540名护理人员,使用自行设计的便携式血糖仪管理问卷和便携式血糖仪管理评价问卷进行横断面调查,通过多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果便携式血糖仪管理评价得分为（59.26±17.03）分,便携式血糖仪性能要求和档案管理、培训落实、质量控制3个维度中,质量控制维度得分最低,为（17.77±4.71）分。医院等级、有完善的便携式血糖仪管理委员会和医院是糖尿病专科护士培训基地是便携式血糖仪管理水平的主要影响因素（P<0.05）。结论山东省便携式血糖仪管理处于中等水平,质量控制管理较差。护理管理者应重视便携式血糖仪的管理,建立完善的便携式血糖仪管理委员会,发挥三级医院和糖尿病专科护士培训基地的带动作用,提升便携式血糖仪的管理水平。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current status of portable blood glucose meters management in 112 hospitals in Shandong Province and to identify the influencing factors. Methods Totally 540 nurses from 112 hospitals in Shandong Province were investigated using a self-designed portable glucose meters management questionnaire and a portable glucose meters management evaluation questionnaire in January 2020. Single-factor and multiple linear regression were conducted to explore influencing factors. Results The total scores of management evaluation of portable blood glucose meters were （59.26±17.03）. The score of the dimension of the quality control was the lowest score（17.77±4.71） among the evaluation scores of 3 dimensions（portable blood glucose meter perfor-mance requirements and document management,training implementation,and quality control）. Hospital level,hospital management committee and training base for diabetes specialist nurses were the main influencing factors of portable blood glucose meters management（P<0.05）. Conclusion The management and evaluation of portable blood glucose meters were in the middle level. Managers of medical institutions at all levels should pay attention to the blood glucose meters and establish a complete portable blood glucose meter management committee,play the leading role of tertiary hospitals and training bases for diabetes specialist nurses,and improve the management level of portable blood glucose meters.
