青年癌症患者运动疗法实施策略的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

综述了青年癌症患者运动疗法的理论框架及其影响因素,阐述了落实运动疗法的策略,包括根据运动疗法指南及患者的个性化需求制订运动方案;采用智能设备辅助和冒险疗法,提升患者的运动兴趣;挖掘患者家庭、伴侣和朋友等支持资源,增强患者参与运动的动力;建立监督机制,督促患者完成运动目标;多种运动形式相结合,提高患者坚持运动的积极性。青年癌症患者运动疗法的实施策略相较于其他人群更加丰富多样,但干预方案、实施形式仍需完善。
