吞咽障碍患者嗓音评估与训练的研究进展

摘要：

对嗓音评估与嗓音训练在吞咽障碍患者中的相关研究进行综述,主要包括吞咽障碍患者嗓音主观评估的现状、工具,以及嗓音训练的方法、类型、效果评价。明确嗓音评估能有效识别患者是否存在吞咽障碍,确定嗓音训练对吞咽障碍患者嗓音、吞咽功能的康复有积极作用。建议临床医护人员在评估患者吞咽功能时联合嗓音评估,在吞咽训练的同时辅以嗓音训练,结合患者临床实际情况,制订一套利于临床推广与应用、切实改善患者吞咽功能的嗓音评估及嗓音训练的方案。
