Abstract:

Objective To analyze the cognitive impairment and its influencing factors in patients transferred from ICU. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate patients in ICU of a tertiary hospital in Fujian Province from January to August 2021. A general data questionnaire，Montreal Cognitive Assessment and Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire were used to collect data to clarify the occurrence of cognitive impairment in patients transferred from ICU. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of cognitive impairment. Results The incidence of cognitive impairment was 38.18%（84/220） in 220 patients who were transferred from ICU. Logistic regression analysis showed that age，education level，frequency of delirium and RCSQ score were independent influencing factors of cognitive impairment in patients transferred from ICU（P<0.05）. Conclusion Patients transferred from ICU have a high incidence of cognitive impairment，which is affected by a variety of factors. During clinical practice，nursing staff should pay attention to high-risk patients，and actively explore effective preventive measures to reduce the incidence of cognitive impairment.

摘要：

目的 了解ICU转出患者认知障碍的发生现状并分析其影响因素，为早期识别认知障碍和构建针对性的护理措施提供参考。 方法 2021年1月—8月，采用便利抽样法，选取福建省某三级甲等综合性医院的245例ICU转出患者作为调查对象，采用一般资料调查表、蒙特利尔认知量表、理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表等进行调查，将单因素分析有统计学意义的变量纳入Logistic回归方程，分析ICU转出患者认知障碍的影响因素。 结果 共220例ICU转出患者完成调查且资料完整，其认知障碍的发生率为38.18%。Logistic回归结果显示，年龄、受教育程度、谵妄发生次数、理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表评分是ICU转出患者发生认知障碍的影响因素（P<0.05）。 结论 ICU转出患者认知障碍发生率较高，年龄大、受教育程度低、谵妄发生次数多、睡眠质量差的ICU转出患者发生认知障碍的风险较高。护理人员应密切关注高风险患者，积极探索有效的预防措施，以降低认知障碍的发生率。
