Abstract:

Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate the brace treatment experiences of adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis，and to provide evidence for clinical interventions to improve brace compliance in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis patients. Methods Computerized searches were conducted in PubMed，Web of Science，Embase，CINAHL，Cochrane Library，China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI），Wanfang Database，VIP Database，and China Biomedical Literature Database from inception to January 10，2026. Included studies were evaluated and synthesized using the 2016 Joanna Briggs Institute Centre for Evidence-Based Healthcare Qualitative Research Evaluation Criteria. Results A total of 11 studies were included，yielding 47 findings，categorized into 10 themes and finally synthesized into 3 integrated results：perceived benefits of brace treatment，perceived barriers to brace treatment，and support needs and expectations for brace treatment. Conclusion Adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis experience both benefits and challenges during brace treatment. Healthcare providers should strengthen patients’ awareness of treatment benefits，emphasize the comprehensive assessment and management of physical and psychological symptoms，and integrate multiple support resources from family，school，peers，and the healthcare system to improve patients’ compliance with brace treatment.

摘要：

目的 系统评价和整合青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者支具治疗体验，为改善患者支具治疗依从性提供参考。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库，检索时限为建库至2026年1月10日。采用2016年版澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心质性研究评价标准对纳入的文献进行评价和整合。结果 共纳入11篇文献，提炼47个研究结果，归纳出10个类别，最终形成3个整合结果，即感知支具治疗的益处、感知支具治疗的阻碍、对支具治疗的支持需求与期望。结论 青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者支具治疗具有诸多益处和挑战。医护人员应强化患者对支具治疗获益的认知，重视身心症状的综合评估与管理，并整合家庭、学校、同伴及医疗系统等多方支持资源，以提升患者支具治疗的依从性。
