Abstract:

To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with schizophrenia who underwent awake extracorporeal membrane oxygenation（ECMO） bridging to airway reconstruction surgery. Key nursing measures included efficient cooperation in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation cannulation and initiation to facilitate elective airway reconstruction surgery；adopting a goal-directed analgesia and sedation strategy to ensure perioperative airway safety；dynamically monitoring coagulation function to prevent hemorrhage and thrombosis；strengthening postoperative airway management to prevent complications；implementing multi-dimensional emotional and behavioral management to avoid acute exacerbation of schizophrenia. After 16 days of careful treatment and nursing care，the patient was transferred out of the ICU，and was discharged 3 days later. Followed up on telephone for a month，the patient recovered well.

摘要：

总结1例精神分裂症患者行清醒体外膜肺氧合桥接气道重建术的围手术期护理经验。护理要点：高效配合体外膜肺上机，桥接气道重建术；实施以治疗目标为导向的镇痛镇静策略，保障围手术期气道安全；动态监测凝血功能，降低出血与血栓风险；强化术后气道管理，预防并发症的发生；多维度情绪与行为管理，预防精神分裂症急性发作。经过16 d的精心治疗与护理，患者转出ICU，3 d后康复出院。电话随访1个月，患者恢复良好。
