Abstract

Abstract:

To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of 17 patients with robot-assisted transcatheter mitral edge-to-edge repair. Key nursing points are as follows. Preoperative care includes multidimensional stepwise volume management，pre-rehabilitation based on targeted frailty indicators，and the deconstruction and intervention of anxiety related to the procedure. Intraoperative care includes spatial arrangement and patient positioning，aseptic techniques，collaborative multidisciplinary monitoring，and emergency preparedness. Postoperative care includes tiered management of early rehabilitation，goal-oriented hemodynamic monitoring，and monitoring for complications. After treatment and care by a multidisciplinary team，the 17 patients had a hospital stay of（12.47±5.82） days，and were all discharged smoothly，and recovered well.

摘要：

总结17例机器人辅助经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复术患者的围手术期护理经验。护理要点：术前护理包括多维阶梯式容量管理、基于衰弱靶点的预康复、技术焦虑的解构与干预；术中护理包括空间布局与体位管理、无菌化处理、协同多学科监测、应急保障；术后护理包括早期康复分级管理、目标导向的血流动力学监测、并发症观察。经过多学科团队的治疗与护理，17例住院时间为（12.47±5.82）d，均顺利康复出院，恢复良好。
