Nursing care of a patient with nephrotic syndrome complicated with pneumocystis and cytomegalovirus severe pneumonia

Abstract

Abstract:

The nursing experience of a patient with nephrotic syndrome complicated with pneumocystis and cytomegalovirus severe pneumonia was summarized. Nursing essentials include：nursing care of high flow vein - extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy with continuous renal replacement therapy of pressure monitoring;pipeline safety nursing of patients with the waking extracorporeal membrane oxygenation treatment,nursing care of continuous delirium condition;early recognition and treatment of blood coagulation dysfunction in the digestive tract hemorrhage,deep vein thrombosis prevention and nursing care;infection prevention and control of immunosuppressive state,nursing care of early lung rehabilitation and psychological intervention of patients. The patient was hospitalized for 51 days. After careful treatment and nursing,the patient gets better and was discharged.

摘要：

总结了1例肾病综合征合并肺孢子菌及巨细胞病毒重症肺炎患者的护理经验。护理要点：做好高流量静脉-静脉体外膜肺氧合治疗联合连续性肾脏替代治疗的压力监测;保证无创氧疗联合体外膜肺氧合治疗时患者的管路安全,持续谵妄状态的护理;凝血功能紊乱导致消化道大出血的监测及处理,深静脉血栓的预防与处理;防控免疫抑制状态下患者发生院内感染;患者早期肺康复的护理及患者的心理干预。患者住院51 d,经精心治疗和护理,病情好转出院。
