Nursing care of enteric duplication cysts with recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal cocoon：a case report

Abstract

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of an adult case of enteric duplication cysts with recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal cocoon. Key points of nursing include early-warning care for occult hypovolemic shock before surgery;risk prevention and management during intestinal preparation for double-balloon enteroscopy;dynamic observation of the syndrome of abdominal pain and watching out of volvulus. Postoperative bundle management of early inflammatory bowel obstruction guided by goal-oriented selection was implemented. After discharge，the patient was included in the special case database，and the extended care and follow-up work will be done. The patient was discharged 25 days after the operation and recovered well and gained weight during the 3-month follow-up.

摘要：

总结1例成人肠重复畸形伴反复消化道出血及腹茧症患者的护理经验。护理要点：术前做好隐匿性低血容量性休克的预警护理;双气囊小肠镜检查肠道准备期间的风险防范;动态观察腹痛性质，谨防诱发肠扭转;术后落实以目标为导向早期炎性肠梗阻的护理干预策略。患者术后25 d顺利出院，随访3个月恢复良好，体重增加。
