Abstract:

Objective To develop Visual Function Related Quality of Life Scale for Children with Amblyopia and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Guided by the bio-psycho-social medical model,an initial scale was constructed through literature review,semi-structured interview and expert correspondence. 222 outpatient children with amblyopia in a tertiary A eye hospital in Tianjin from April 2021 to July 2021 were selected for questionnaire survey. The item analysis and reliability and validity test of the scale were carried out. Results The Visual Function Related Quality of Life Scale for Children with Amblyopia includes 5 dimensions of vision,stereopsis,strabismus,psychology,and social interaction,with a total of 24 items. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.933;the split-half reliability was 0.826;the test-retest reliability was 0.831;the content validity index of each item was 0.83-1.00;the content validity index of the average scale level was 0.81. Exploratory factor analysis extracted 5 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.976%. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit was ideal and the factor structure was stable. Conclusion The Visual Function Related Quality of Life Scale for Children with Amblyopic has good reliability and validity,and it is suitable for the assessment of visual function-related quality of life in Chinese amblyopic children. It can reflect the impact of amblyopia on children,and provide a reference for healthy behavior measures such as screening,treatment and evaluation of treatment effects for children with amblyopia.

目的 编制弱视儿童视功能相关生活质量量表,并检验其信效度。 方法 以生物-心理-社会医学模式为指导,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、专家函询及预调查构建初始版量表。便利选取2021年4月—7月于天津市某三级甲等眼科医院门诊就诊的222例弱视儿童进行问卷调查,对量表进行项目分析及信效度检验。 结果 弱视儿童视功能相关生活质量量表包含视力、立体视、斜视、心理和社会交往5个维度,共24个条目。量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.933,折半信度为0.826,重测信度为0.831,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.83~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.81。探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为65.976%。 结论 弱视儿童视功能相关生活质量量表能反映弱视对儿童生活质量的影响,具有良好的信效度,可为临床护士开展弱视儿童的健康评估及教育提供参考。
