Research progress on the application of Multi-Theory Model for health behavior change in health management

Abstract

Abstract:

Health behavior is closely related to health maintenance and disease prevention. Multi-Theory Model provides a theoretical framework for the prediction and intervention of health behavior change. This paper reviews the origins,concept,main content,and current status of applications of Multi-Theory Model in the field of health management,and puts forward its research prospects,in order to increase the understanding of multi-theoretical model among Chinese nurses and promote the application of this theory in nursing practice in China.

摘要：

健康行为与人的健康维持、疾病预防息息相关,多理论模型为健康行为改变的预测和干预提供了理论框架。该文对多理论模型的起源、概念、主要内容、在健康管理领域应用现状进行综述,并在此基础上提出展望,以期增加护理人员对多理论模型的认识,推进该理论在护理实践中的应用。
