Abstract:

Objective To construct a fall risk assessment scale for inpatients in ophthalmology department,so as to provide ophthalmology medical staff with an effective fall risk assessment tool for ophthalmology inpatients. Methods We determined the index items of the fall risk assessment scale for inpatients in ophthalmology department through literature review,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. The convenience sampling method was used to select 41 ophthalmic medical staff members from a tertiary A hospital in Guangzhou as the research subjects in July to August 2021,and the application effect of the constructed scale was preliminarily verified by "Ophthalmic Medical Staff Satisfaction Questionnaire". Results 2 rounds of expert consultations resulted in the effective response rates of 100%,with the authority coefficients of 0.830 and 0.855,and the kendall harmony coefficients of 0.154 and 0.225,which were statistically significant (P<0.001). Finally,the assessment scale was formed,including 4 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators. The ophthal-mologists were satisfied with the fall risk assessment scale for inpatients in the ophthalmology department,and their satisfaction score was (22.02±3.47) points,which was higher than the satisfaction score of Morse Fall Scale (P<0.001). Conclusion The assessment scale constructed in this study is scientific and practical,which can provide a reference and basis for clinical ophthalmologists to accurately and effectively assess the fall risk of inpatient ophthalmology inpatients.

目的 构建眼科住院患者跌倒风险评估量表并进行初步验证,为眼科医护人员提供有效的眼科住院患者跌倒风险评估工具。 方法 通过文献回顾、德尔菲法及层次分析法确定眼科住院患者跌倒风险评估量表指标条目。采用便利抽样法,于2021年7月—8月选取广州市某三级甲等医院的41名眼科医护人员为研究对象,采用眼科医护人员满意度问卷对构建量表的应用效果进行初步验证。 结果 共对22名专家进行2轮函询,函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.830、0.855,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.154、0.225 (均P<0.001) 。最终构建的眼科住院患者跌倒风险评估量表包括4项一级指标、18项二级指标、31项三级指标。眼科医护人员对于眼科住院患者跌倒风险评估量表的制订较满意,满意度得分为 (22.02±3.47) 分,高于对应用Morse跌倒评估量表的满意度得分 (P<0.001) 。 结论 该研究构建的眼科住院患者跌倒风险评估量表具有科学性和实用性,可为临床眼科工作者准确、有效地评估眼科住院患者跌倒风险提供参考依据。
