摘要：

冠心病药物治疗中的多药联合应用及药物不良反应是冠心病患者面临的重要问题,而良好的药物素养则是确保治疗效果和用药安全的关键。该文阐述了药物素养的概念、评估方法、影响因素及干预措施,旨在为提升冠心病患者药物素养水平、促进其自我用药安全提供参考。
