Abstract:

Objective To develop and preliminarily apply an intelligent management system for the whole process of fiberoptic bronchoscopy cleaning and disinfection based on the data fusion of clinical diagnosis and treatment-laboratory test-disinfection supply center，and to evaluate the timeliness and accuracy of information acquisition and hospital infection prevention and control among different departments in the process of fiberoptic bronchoscopy reprocessing. Methods A research team was set up to develop an intelligent management system for fiberoptic bronchoscopy cleaning and disinfection based on multi-source data fusion，including 2 platforms of data reporting and central monitoring and traceability. The system was applied in a tertiary general hospital in Zhengzhou in January 2025. The application effect was evaluated by comparing the reprocessing time of single endoscope，the qualified rate of biological monitoring disinfection，analyze the integrity of system data fusion，the compliance of early warning rules and the availability of the system after the application of the system（January to June 2025） and before the application（June to November 2024）. Results The reprocessing time of single endoscope before and after the application of the system was 317（290，336） mins and 107（96，119） mins，respectively，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.001）. The qualified rates of biological monitoring disinfection were 93.75% and 100%，respectively，and the difference was not statistically significant（P=0.272）. The data fusion integrity rate of system was 99.82%；the coincidence rate of early warning rules is 100%；the staff’s system availability score was（43.80±3.16） points. Conclusion The intelligent management system of fiberoptic bronchoscopy cleaning and disinfection constructed by multi-source data fusion has the functions of accurate early warning，dynamic real-time supervision，multi-department data coordination and auxiliary decision-making. It can improve the phenomenon of data island between departments of fiberoptic bronchoscopy centralized processing and help hospital infection prevention and control.

目的 基于临床诊疗-实验室检验-消毒供应中心处置数据融合开发纤维支气管镜清洗消毒管理系统并初步应用，评价其在纤维支气管镜再处理过程中不同部门间信息获取及医院感染防控的及时性和准确性。方法 成立研究团队，基于多源数据融合开发纤维支气管镜清洗消毒管理系统，包括数据上报、中央监控与追溯两大平台，并于2025年1月在郑州市某三级甲等综合医院应用。比较系统应用后（2025年1—6月）与应用前（2024年6—11月）单条内镜再处理时间、生物学监测消毒合格率的差异，并分析系统数据融合的完整率、预警规则符合率和系统可用性。结果 系统应用前后单条内镜再处理时间分别为317（290，336）min和107（96，119）min，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.001）；生物学监测消毒合格率分别为93.75%和100%，差异无统计学意义（P=0.272）；系统数据融合完整率为99.82%，预警规则符合率为100%，工作人员对系统可用性评分为（43.80±3.16）分。结论 多源数据融合的纤维支气管镜清洗消毒管理系统具备准确预警、动态实时监管、多部门数据协同及辅助决策等功能，能够改善纤维支气管镜集中处理科室间的数据孤岛现象，助力医院感染防控。
