Application progress of character strengths theory in nursing staff development

Abstract

Abstract:

Character strengths theory emphasizes the identification，use，and development of positive character traits to promote psychological adaptation，work engagement，and sustainable professional development. This article reviews its connotation，measurement tools，and current applications in nursing workforce development，and discusses future directions. The aim is to provide a reference for optimizing nursing workforce development programs.

摘要：

性格优势理论强调充分识别、使用和发展个体的积极人格特质，以促进其心理适应、职业投入和持续发展，可为护理人才培养提供以优势为导向的积极心理学视角。该文综述了性格优势理论的内涵、测量工具及其在护理人才培养中的应用情况，并在此基础上提出展望，旨在为护理人才培养方案的优化与发展提供参考。
