Localized development and future prospect of nursing theories

Abstract

Abstract:

As a core pillar of the nursing discipline，nursing theories adhere to a practice-oriented logic. Based on the dual connotation of their localization—“localized adaptation of foreign theories” and “original development of local theories”，this paper sorts out the development process and diverse construction paths，analyzes core challenges such as the inadequacies in localization processes，weak empirical support for original theories，insufficient adaptability of foreign theories，mismatch with digital and intelligent development，and an incomplete supporting system as well as corresponding countermeasures，and looks forward to the development direction combined with digital and intelligent characteristics，so as to provide a reference for the high-quality development and practical transformation of nursing theory localization.

摘要：

护理理论作为护理学科的核心支柱，秉持着以实践为导向的逻辑。该文立足其本土化“国外理论引进适配”与“本土理论原创研发”双重内涵，梳理发展历程与阶段特征、多元构建路径，针对本土化流程不完备、原创理论实证支持薄弱、国外理论适配度不足、与数智化发展适配不足、支撑体系不完善等核心挑战提出相应对策，并结合数智化特征展望发展方向，为护理理论本土化高质量发展与实践转化提供参考。
