摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的制订日间化疗患者居家自我管理指导专家共识（以下简称“共识”），以规范健康教育、提升患者的自我管理能力。方法查阅国内外文献，在评价并整合相关证据的基础上，编写“共识”初稿。2025年6—10月通过2轮专家函询及2轮专家论证对“共识”进行修改，形成终稿。结果 2轮专家函询的有效问卷回收率均为100%，专家的权威系数为0.90，肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.157、0.114（P<0.001）。“共识”终稿包括自我管理基础知识、日常生活管理、居家口服化疗药物及服药管理、中心静脉导管管理、不良反应的识别与管理5个部分。结论该“共识”具有科学性和严谨性，可为临床护士开展日间化疗患者居家自我管理指导提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective To develop an expert consensus on home-based self-management guidance for patients undergoing daytime chemotherapy（hereinafter referred to as the“Consensus”），in order to standardize health education and improve patients’ self-management ability. Methods A preliminary draft of the “Consensus” was formulated based on a comprehensive review of domestic and international literature and integration of relevant evidence. From June to October 2025，2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation and 2 rounds of expert panel discussions were conducted to revise the “Consensus”，resulting in the final version. Results The effective response rates for both rounds of expert consultation were 100%. The expert authority coefficient was 0.90，and Kendall’s coefficients of concordance were 0.157 and 0.114，respectively （both P<0.001）. The final consensus consists of 5 sections：basic knowledge of self-management， management of daily life，management of home-based oral chemotherapy，management of a central venous catheter，and identifying adverse reactions and management. Conclusion The “Consensus” is scientific and rigorous，and can serve as a reference for clinical nurses in providing guidance on home-based self-management for patients receiving daytime chemotherapy.
