摘要/Abstract

摘要：

总结1例杜氏肌营养不良患儿行左心室辅助装置植入的术后护理体会。护理要点：维持血流动力学稳定，预防右心室衰竭；制订个体化抗凝方案，降低血栓形成风险；重视经皮缆线的维护，预防切口感染；实施三联康复策略，延缓肌力衰退；加强出院指导，提高家庭照护能力。经过22 d的治疗与护理，患儿康复出院，随访10个月，状况良好。

关键词: 杜氏肌营养不良, 左心室辅助装置, 终末期心力衰竭, 儿科护理学

Abstract:

To summarize the postoperative nursing experience of a child with duchenne muscular dystrophy who underwent left ventricular assist device implantation. Nursing points：to maintain hemodynamic stability and prevent right ventricular failure； to develop an individualized anticoagulation program to reduce the risk of thrombosis； to pay attention to the maintenance of percutaneous cables to prevent wound infection； to implement the triple rehabilitation strategy to delay muscle strength decline； to provide discharge guidance and follow-up to improve family care ability. After 22 days of treatment and nursing care，the child recovered and was discharged from the hospital. The child maintained good clinical status during 10-month follow-up.
