医疗卫生知识转化中组织变革准备度的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

综述医疗卫生知识转化中的组织变革准备度的研究进展,从定义、理论模型、概念框架、测量工具、应用和影响等方面总结组织变革准备度在医疗卫生知识转化领域的研究进展,旨在为后续适宜量表汉化或基于相关理论模型的本土化量表构建等研究提供参考,以期更好地进行循证实践、改善患者结局、提升医疗护理服务质量。

关键词: 知识转化, 组织变革准备, 循证护理学, 综述
