慢性呼吸道疾病患者吸入给药治疗依从性的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

对慢性呼吸道疾病患者吸入给药治疗依从性的评测工具、现状、影响因素及干预现状进行综述,评测工具分为客观评估和主观评估两大类;目前慢性呼吸道疾病患者的吸入给药治疗依从性较差,其形式包括药物剂量与医嘱不符和吸入装置使用错误;吸入给药治疗依从性受到患者生理、心理、社会及医护人员等多方面因素的影响;干预措施有医药护协同管理、各种形式的健康教育和提供个体化干预等,旨在为临床提高慢性呼吸道疾病患者吸入给药治疗依从性提供借鉴和指导。
