NICU护士对安宁疗护认知及实践的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

安宁疗护在提高临终新生儿的生存质量、满足其家庭情感支持需求、促进医学人文关怀等方面具有重要意义。NICU护士作为安宁疗护的主要执行者，其对安宁疗护的认知及实践水平直接影响临终新生儿的照护质量。该文从NICU护士对安宁疗护认知及实践的现状、评估工具、影响因素及干预措施等方面进行综述，以期为护理管理者制订相应的干预措施、提高临终新生儿的照护质量提供参考。

Abstract:

Palliative care plays an important role in improving the quality of life of terminally ill newborns，meeting the emotional support needs of their families，and promoting medical humanistic care. As the primary executors of palliative care，the cognition and practice levels of NICU nurses in this field directly affect the quality of care provided to terminally ill newborns. This article reviews the current status，assessment tools，influencing factors，and intervention measures related to the cognition and practice of NICU nurses in palliative care，aiming to provide a reference for nursing managers to formulate corresponding intervention measures and enhance the quality of care for terminally ill newborns.
