护士心理弹性干预的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目前，国内大部分护士的心理弹性水平较低，构建提升护士心理弹性的有效干预方案是维护国内护士身心健康和促进护理队伍稳定发展的迫切需求。该文针对国内外护士心理弹性的干预形式、内容和效果进行综述，分析现有干预研究存在的不足，并提出对未来的展望，旨在为今后制订科学、合理、操作性强的干预方案提供理论指导。

关键词: 心理弹性, 干预策略, 护理管理研究, 心理护理

Abstract:

At present，the level of psychological resilience of domestic nurses is generally low. The construction of a scientific and effective resilience intervention program for clinical nurses is an urgent need to promote their physical and mental health and the stable development of the nursing group in China. This paper reviews the current research progress of resilience intervention for clinical nurses at home and abroad，summarizes the intervention form，intervention content and intervention outcomes，analyzes the shortcomings of current research，and puts forward the outlook for future intervention research. It aims to provide guidance for proposing scientific and reasonable intervention programs in the future.
