摘要:
轮班制护士群体睡眠质量普遍较低,长期的低质量睡眠会对其身心健康、日常工作及患者安全造成不良影响;非药物干预具有较高的安全性,且已被证实可以有效改善睡眠质量。该文针对国内外护士睡眠质量的影响因素,轮班制护士非药物干预的理论基础、方式及效果进行综述,并提出相关建议,旨在为今后制订具有针对性、科学合理的干预方案提供理论指导。
