已育二孩女护士工作家庭冲突的现状调查

The current situation of work and family conflict of female nurses with a second child

摘要:

目的 了解全面二孩政策下已育二孩的女护士工作家庭冲突现状并分析其影响因素。方法 通过网络问卷调查方式,采用工作家庭冲突量表对全国5 104名已育二孩女护士、5 372名已育一孩女护士的工作家庭冲突进行横断面调查,并运用多元线性回归法分析已育二孩女护士工作家庭冲突的影响因素。结果 已育二孩女护士工作家庭冲突得分为(43.46±12.37)分,已育一孩女护士工作家庭冲突得分为(42.22±11.86)分,两组女护士的工作家庭冲突得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=-5.238,P<0.001);多元线性回归分析结果显示,职称、所在医院等级、二孩生育准备度及工作家庭支持是已育二孩女护士工作家庭冲突的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 与已育一孩女护士相比,已育二孩女护士感知到的工作家庭冲突水平略高,工作家庭支持是女护士工作家庭冲突的重要影响因素,护理管理者可通过推行家庭友好政策、工作支持政策等,帮助减轻工作家庭冲突对女护士的影响。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the work and family conflict of female nurses who have a second child in China under the comprehensive two-child policy and analyze its influencing factors.Methods By means of network questionnaire survey,information of work and family conflict scores of 5,104 nurses who had a second child and 5,372 female nurses with one child in China were collected,and the influencing factors of work and family conflict of female nurses with a second child were analyzed by multiple linear regression method.Results The score of work-family conflict for female nurses who had a second child was(43.46±12.37),female nurses who had one child were(42.22±11.86),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.238,P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that job title,the level of the hospital,the preparation for second child,and working family support were the influencing factors of work-family conflict for female nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Female nurses who have a second child perceive a higher level of work-family conflict. Working family support is an important influencing factor for work-family conflict. Nursing managers can implement family friendly policy,support policies,etc.,to prevent further impacts of work-family conflict.
