摘要：

目的调查儿科护士护理安全态度的现状，分析其影响因素及作用路径，为制订儿科护理安全管理策略提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法，于2025年10—12月选取安徽省、上海市、浙江省9所二级甲等及以上医院的920名儿科护士作为调查对象，采用一般资料调查表、安全态度调查量表、组织支持感量表、10条目心理韧性量表、护士专业生活品质量表进行调查。使用单因素分析、Pearson相关分析、多元线性回归分析探究儿科护士护理安全态度的影响因素，并构建结构方程模型。结果回收有效问卷898份，有效问卷回收率为97.61%。儿科护士的安全态度调查量表得分为（118.10±23.61）分。多元线性回归分析结果显示，组织支持感、心理韧性、职业生活质量、近1年是否考虑过离职、工作年限是儿科护士护理安全态度的影响因素（P<0.05）。路径分析结果显示，组织支持感不仅能直接预测护理安全态度（β=0.277，P<0.001），还能通过心理韧性和职业生活质量的独立中介及链式中介作用间接预测护理安全态度，独立中介效应值分别为0.084和0.042，链式中介效应值为0.021，组织支持感对护理安全态度的总中介效应值为0.147，占总效应的34.67%。结论儿科护士的护理安全态度处于中等偏上水平，护理管理者可通过构建系统的支持性环境，增强护士的组织支持感、提升其心理韧性与职业生活质量，从而改善护理安全态度。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current status of nursing safety attitudes among pediatric nurses，analyze its influencing factors and pathways，and provide evidence for formulating pediatric nursing safety management strategies. Methods Using convenience sampling，920 pediatric nurses from 9 secondary grade A and above hospitals in Anhui，Shanghai，Zhejiang and other regions were selected as participants from October to December 2025. Data were collected using a general information questionnaire，the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire，the Perceived Organizational Support Scale，the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale，and the Professional Quality of Life Scale. Univariate analysis，Pearson correlation analysis，and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of nursing safety attitudes among pediatric nurses，and a structural equation model was constructed. Results A total of 898 valid questionnaires were returned，with a valid response rate of 97.61%. The mean score of the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire among pediatric nurses was（118.10±23.61） points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that perceived organizational support，psychological resilience，professional quality of life，whether considering resignation in the past year，and working years were influencing factors of nursing safety attitudes among pediatric nurses（P<0.05）. Path analysis revealed that perceived organizational support not only directly and positively predicted nursing safety attitudes（β=0.277，P<0.001），but also indirectly predicted nursing safety attitudes through the independent mediating effects of psychological resilience and professional quality of life，as well as their chain mediating effect. The independent mediating effects were 0.084 and 0.042，respectively，and the chain mediating effect was 0.021. The total mediating effect of perceived organizational support on nursing safety attitudes was 0.147，accounting for 34.67% of the total effect. Conclusion The nursing safety attitudes of pediatric nurses are moderately high. Nursing managers can improve nursing safety attitudes by systematically building a supportive environment to enhance nurses’ perceived organizational support，psychological resilience，and professional quality of life.
