痴呆护理教育知识体系的构建

Construction of nursing education knowledge system on dementia for geriatric practicing nurses

摘要:

【目的】构建痴呆护理教育知识体系,为制订针对性培训计划提供参考。【方法】在文献研究、半结构式访谈和小组讨论的基础上初步拟订专家咨询问卷。采用德尔菲咨询法对21名痴呆研究相关领域专家进行2轮专家咨询。【结果】2轮专家咨询的问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.900,判断系数和熟悉程度系数为0.820,一、二级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.425、0.256,最终形成的痴呆护理教育知识体系包括6个一级指标和81个二级指标。【结论】痴呆护理教育知识体系具有较好的科学性和实用性,为痴呆培训计划的制订提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

Objective To construct a nursing education knowledge system on dementia suitable for geriatric practicing nurses,and to provide reference for developing targeted training programs.Methods Based on literature research,semi-structured interviews and group discussion,the first draft of inquiry questionnaire was established. Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with 21 experts in dementia-related fields.Results Response rate of two rounds of consultation was 100%, respectively. Experts’ authority coefficient was 0.900,judgment coefficient and familiarity coefficient was 0.820,and the coefficients of concordance were 0.425,0.256 for two levels of indicator. The final knowledge system consisted of six first-level indicators, and 81 second-level indicators.Conclusion The nursing education knowledge system on dementia for geriatric practicing nurses was scientific and practical, which can provide reference for making training programs on dementia.
