Research progress of risk communication in cardiovascular disease

Abstract

Abstract:

Cardiovascular disease risk communication is an important tool to help risk individuals understand risk information and guide them to improve their health behaviors. Effective cardiovascular disease risk communication by nurses，who are the subjects of risk communication，is essential to reduce the growing burden of cardiovascular disease and the prevalence of cardiovascular disease. This article provides a 3-aspect overview of the concept and development of health risk communication，factors influencing cardiovascular disease risk communication，and recommendations for its development. It is suggested that when nursing staff carry out CVD risk communication，they should fully consider the actual situation and preference of the communication target and design a personalized risk communication program，to provide references for clinical nursing practice.

摘要：

心血管疾病风险沟通是帮助风险个体理解风险信息，引导其改善健康行为的重要手段。护士作为风险沟通的主体，有效开展心血管疾病风险沟通，对降低日益增长的心血管疾病负担和心血管疾病的患病率至关重要。该文对健康风险沟通的概念及发展、心血管疾病风险沟通的影响因素以及实施风险沟通的建议3个方面进行综述。建议护士在开展心血管疾病风险沟通时，要充分考虑沟通对象的实际情况和偏好，设计个性化风险沟通方案，为临床护理实践提供参考。
