Construction of an intelligent interactive nursing information support system and its application in young breast cancer survivors

Abstract:

Objective To build an intelligent interactive nursing information support system（"AI Woman"） and verify its application value in young breast cancer survivors. Methods The "AI Woman" system focuses on young breast cancer survivors and realizes multidimensional interaction based on artificial intelligence technology to provide personalized nursing information support. The convenience sampling was employed to select 100 young breast cancer survivors from 3 tertiary A hospitals in Shanghai from April 2021 to December 2021. They were randomly divided into 2 groups by systematic allocation. The control group（n=50） was given routine support in the information support system，and the intervention group（n=50） was given intelligent and interactive services. The symptom distress，self-efficacy，social support and quality of life of the 2 groups were compared before the intervention，1 month and 3 months after the intervention. Results After 1 month of intervention，the short-term and long-term indicators of the 2 groups showed a benign trend as a whole. The advantages of the intervention group were greater than those of the control group. After 3 months of intervention，45 cases in the intervention group and 42 cases in the control group completed the study. There were significant differences in symptom distress，self-efficacy and quality of life among groups，time and interaction（P<0.05）. The scores of social support in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The intelligent interactive nursing information support system constructed in this study is scientific and feasible，and plays a positive role in improving the physical and mental symptoms，self-efficacy and social support of young breast cancer survivors，and improving the quality of life during their survival.

摘要：

目的构建智能交互式护理信息支持系统并验证其在年轻乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法以年轻乳腺癌患者为中心，基于人工智能技术实现多维度的交互作用，构建可提供个性化护理信息支持的智能交互式护理信息支持系统。方便选取2021年4月—12月上海市3所三级甲等医院的100例年轻乳腺癌患者，采用系统分配随机对照分组，其中试验组（n=50）给予智能与交互服务干预，对照组（n=50）给予信息支持系统中的常规支持。比较两组在干预前、干预1个月和3个月后的症状困扰、自我效能感、社会支持以及生活质量。结果干预1个月，两组指标整体呈良性趋势，试验组的优势较对照组大。干预3个月，试验组45例、对照组42例完成研究，在症状困扰、自我效能感和生活质量方面显示组间、时间、交互作用的差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组社会支持各维度得分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论智能交互式护理信息支持系统具有一定的科学性和可行性，对改善年轻乳腺癌患者的身心症状、自我效能感、社会支持并提高生存期内的生活质量具有积极作用。
