Application progress of computer-tailored health intervention of elderly people

Abstract

Abstract:

Unhealthy behaviours substantially impact the physical and mental health and quality of life of the elderly. The computer-tailored intervention has the characteristics of strong interaction，low cost and wide coverage，and has played an active role in the health behavior change of the elderly. This paper summarizes the theory，application forms，application effects and limitations of computer-tailored intervention in health intervention for the elderly，and provides a reference for further application of computer-tailored intervention to improve the health behavior of the elderly.

摘要：

健康干预包括健康教育、运动干预、心理与精神干预以及就医指导等，可促进老年人从被动疾病治疗转变为主动健康管理，达到节约医疗费用支出、维护和促进健康的目的。计算机定制干预具有互动性强、成本低、可覆盖面广等特点，在老年人群的健康行为改变中发挥积极作用。该文综述了计算机定制干预的主要理论基础，介绍计算机定制干预在老年人体力活动、心理健康、跌倒预防、认知干预和其他方面的应用形式及效果，旨在为进一步促进老年人的健康行为提供参考。
