Research progress on health information needs of breast cancer patients

Abstract

Abstract:

Health information needs of patients are closely related to disease outcomes and quality of life,yet most breast cancer patients have highly unmet health information needs that affect disease prognoses and health outcomes. This paper reviews mainly 4 aspects,including measurement tools,content,influencing factors and supporting forms and effects of health information needs of breast cancer patients’. It’s expected to provide references for healthcare professionals to establish information need-oriented,personalized and targeted health information support strategies for breast cancer patients.

摘要：

患者的健康信息需求与疾病治疗效果和生活质量密切相关,然而大部分乳腺癌患者的健康信息需求未得到满足,影响疾病预后和健康结局。该文对乳腺癌患者健康信息需求的研究现状进行综述,包括乳腺癌患者健康信息需求的测评工具、内容、影响因素和支持形式及效果4个方面,以期为今后医护人员建立信息需求为导向、个性化且针对性强的乳腺癌患者健康信息支持策略提供参考。
