Development of Suicide-related Mental Health Service Tendencies Questionnaire and the test of its reliability and validity

Abstract:

Objective To develop a suicide-related mental health service behavioral tendencies questionnaire and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the theory of planned behavior,on the basis of literature analysis and semi-structured interviews,the initial questionnaire was formed through expert correspondence and pre-surveys. From May 2020 to July 2020,542 medical staff were selected for a survey to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results The questionnaire included 4 dimensions and 26 items;exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.525%;confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitting index of the questionnaire structure model was good. The content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.924. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.942,and the split-half reliability was 0.910,and the test-retest reliability was 0.905. Conclusion The suicide-related mental health service behavioral tendencies questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and it can be used as a behavioral tendencies tool to evaluate the mental health services provided by medical staff to suicide patients.

摘要：

目的编制自杀相关心理健康服务倾向问卷并检验其信效度。方法基于计划行为理论,在文献分析及半结构式访谈的基础上,通过专家函询、预调查形成问卷初稿。2020年5月—7月选取542名医护人员进行调查,检验问卷的信效度。结果问卷包括4个维度、26个条目。探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为65.525%。验证性因子分析结果显示,拟合指数卡方自由度比值为2.584,近似误差均方根为0.074,比较拟合指数为0.904,拟合优度指数为0.875,调整拟合优度指数为0.881,问卷的平均内容效度指数为0.924。问卷的Cronbach’s α系数为0.930,分半信度为0.910,重测信度为0.905。结论该研究编制的自杀相关心理健康服务倾向问卷具有较好的信效度,可作为测评医护人员为自杀患者实施心理健康服务倾向的工具。
