Research progress on the application of intra-abdominal pressure monitoring in enteral nutrition for patients with abdominal hypertension

Abstract

Abstract:

Intra-abdominal pressure monitoring has a positive role in guiding early enteral nutrition therapy in critically ill patients with intra-abdominal hypertension. This article depicts the classification of intra-abdominal pressure,essential operation of the measurement of intra-abdominal pressure and key points of intra-abdominal pressure measurement. It summarizes the management and practice of pressure monitoring in enteral nutrition for patients,aiming to help nurses to master the technology of intra-abdominal pressure monitoring correctly and carry out enteral nutrition therapy effectively.

摘要：

腹内压监测对合并腹腔高压的重症患者早期开展肠内营养治疗具有积极作用。该文通过综述腹腔高压分级、腹内压监测技术、腹内压测量操作要点,总结腹内压监测在腹腔高压患者肠内营养中的管理实践,旨在指导临床护理人员正确掌握腹内压监测技术,以便有效开展腹腔高压患者的肠内营养治疗。
