Abstract:

Objective To develop a quality indicator system for pelvic floor rehabilitation management. Methods A comprehensive method,including literature review,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,was adopted to establish a quality indicator system for pelvic floor rehabilitation management. Results 2 rounds of expert consultations resulted in the effective response rates of 100%,with the authority coefficients of 0.950,and the coordination coefficients of 0.168 and 0.124 respectively（P<0.05）. The final evaluation indicators for pelvic floor reha-bilitation management included 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 42 third-level indicators. Conclusion The quality evaluation indicator system for pelvic floor rehabilitation management is highly practical and scientific,which can provide references for evaluation criteria of quality in pelvic floor rehabilitation.

摘要：

目的 构建盆底康复管理质量评价指标体系,为评价盆底康复管理质量提供参考依据。 方法 以Donabedian的“结构-过程-结果”三维质量评价模型为理论基础,通过文献检索、德尔菲法、层次分析法确立盆底康复管理质量评价指标体系。结果 2轮专家函询的问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.950,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.168、0.124（均P<0.05）。最终形成的盆底康复管理质量评价指标体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标9项、三级指标42项。 结论 该研究构建的盆底康复管理质量评价指标体系具有较高的实用性和科学性,可为盆底康复管理质量评价提供参考。
