Research progress of mobile health application in family care of patients with dementia

Abstract

Abstract:

As the focus of global public health,dementia has aroused great public concerns. This paper introduces the definition,development background and application types of mobile health applications in nursing care of patients with dementia,including early screening,cognitive training,daily assistance,activity monitoring,social activities and caregivers support. It sums up advantages and disadvantages of the various types of application effects. According to the domestic current situation of the application,it is proposed to use multidisciplinary teams to develop mobile health applications in line with Chinese culture and implement interventions,so as to provide references and bases for the research on mobile health care of patients with dementia in China.

摘要：

失智症患者照护作为全球公共卫生工作重点,已引起公众高度关注。该文介绍移动健康应用程序的定义、发展背景及其在失智症患者照护中的应用类型,包括早期筛查、认知训练、日常辅助、活动监测、社交活动、照护者支持六大类,并对各类型的应用效果、优缺点进行总结。根据国内应用现状,提出利用多学科团队开发符合中国文化的移动健康应用程序并实施干预,以期为国内开展相关失智症患者移动健康照护的研究提供参考和依据。
