Research progress of anosognosia in dementia patients

Abstract

Abstract: Anosognosia is one of symptoms in dementia,which has harmful effects on the treatment compliance,patient safety and caregivers' burden. Severe anosognosia promotes the transformation of mild cognitive impairment to dementia. This paper reviews the concept,occurrence and related mechanism of anosognosia,reviews the relationship between anosognosia and cognitive function,mental behavior in dementia,and summarizes the intervention measures,aiming to provide references for further research.

摘要：

病感失认是痴呆患者现存的主要问题之一,对痴呆患者的治疗依从性、个人安全和照护者负担均有影响,严重的病感失认促进轻度认知障碍患者向痴呆转化。该文综述痴呆患者病感失认的概念、发生情况、相关机制,痴呆患者病感失认与认知功能、精神行为的关系及危害,并分析、总结其干预措施,旨在为开展进一步研究、探索有效支持系统提供参考。
