摘要：

心脏移植是心力衰竭终末期患者最理想的治疗手段,但经常面临供体缺乏、术后免疫排斥等问题。近年来,植入式机械循环辅助装置成为心脏移植的过渡治疗或终点治疗手段。该文总结5例左心室辅助装置植入患者的术后护理经验。护理要点包括右心功能的监测、呼吸系统的管理、意识的观察、管道的管理、抗凝治疗的护理、左心室辅助装置设备的培训及康复锻炼的指导等。经过精心的护理,5例患者均康复出院,预后良好。
